Physio Amy is a Women's Health Physiotherapist who specialises in all things related to pregnancy and post natal health as well as other ​pelvic floors issues.​

Amy graduated in 2009 as a physiotherapist at Latrobe University in Melbourne and since completing her degree she has developed a strong passion for helping women, directing her career to work in Women's Health.

In addition to forging a career in Women's Health, Amy is also a mother of two.

She gave birth to her two gorgeous daughters Hannah (2016) and Chloe (2019).

After experiencing first hand the changes that occur to your body during pregnancy, birth and while breastfeeding, her passion has grown even stronger in working with pre and postnatal mums.

Being a mother herself, she can relate to what her clients are going through on a more personal level.
